This is a truly fantastic copy of In Rock by Deep Purple.

First UK pressing, A2-B1 matrix. Harvest Records advertising original inner sleeve

EMI on the label.

Do NOT GO BY DISCOGS INFO ON THIS ALBUM AS IT IS WRONG.

Everyone going nuts about a copy of this album not having EMI on the label, meaning it's the Definitive first issue, it's not. I have a copy of In Rock that has the same matrix as the one above A1-B2 But doesn't have EMI on the label..

Sorry to everyone who has maybe paid mental money because there is no EMI on the label,

Anyway.. Back to my listing

The Cover is in absolutely beautiful condition. Fully laminated and no peeling or creasing. Still very very strong

Inside of the Gatefold is MINT...

The Spine of the cover inside and out is almost near mint as well, just a tiny wee nick at the top, doesn't detract at all..

The Viny is magic lovely gloss to it, no nasty heavy marks just some faint feathering..

No jumps or skips, just a bit of crackling.

For example Child In Time, which has plenty of quiet parts in the song, sounds really great..

I play my albums before I list them.

Sorry for the long post, but I hate short generic record descriptions with no effort put into them what's the point.


Anyway I've priced this album below what they have been selling for and I bet the one's far more expensive ain't any better than my copy..
