LABEL: Blue Note BLP 4060 (Mono)
Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC-47 WEST 63rd-NYC, RVG stamped and P (EAR) and 9M etched in the dead wax, "R" on the bottom.
NM Cover - Beautiful laminated cover with no flaws to speak of, just a small price written on back. See pictures.
NM Record - Beautiful, very clean and well maintained.
Original Blue Note Records inner sleeve included!
