COMMENTS ON THE ALBUM
Here we have an absolute MONSTER of an album, this is the ULTRA RARE original UK FIRST PRESSING of David Bowie's 4th Studio Album - Hunky Dory. There were only a very low number of copies of this album album pressed as a genuine UK 1st Press. This can be seen by the fact that the album cover is laminated to the front and the labels to the album are shiny rather than matt. The album is in truly AMAZING condition and I shall try my best to describe the condition of the album in detail below.
THE FRONT:
The front of the cover is in truly remarkable shape with virtually no imperfections. There are NO sticker tears and NO writing anywhere on the cover. The cover is laminated and looks superb with only a very minor patch of laminate lift near the spine edge
THE BACK:
As the front, again, lovely condition, back is spotless and super clean!
THE EDGES:
Edges are super clean with NO scuffing.
THE SPINE:
Again super clean. The writing is perfectly clear with every letter legible.
The record itself looks very clean even under bright light. Below is a brief description of the vinyl.
SIDE 1:
Looks to be very clean, under bright light there looks to be some very light scuff only which generally do not interfere with play.
SIDE 2:
As Side 1
THE LABELS:
The labels are in lovely condition with NO unwanted writing or pen marks. NO tears or scuffs or discolouring.
FINAL SUMMARY
Overall, a true rarity! The album comes complete with its original insert which is also in superb condition. Grading is a very subjectional topic but I would be happy to grade the album as follows:

THE VINYL:

All Records are posted with vinyl outside of the cover to prevent seam splits and are packaged in plastic to prevent water damage and posted in custom record mailers with stiffeners.
