Description
Very rare original Canada 45 on the Mercury label from 1969. Space Oddity b/w Wild-Eyed Boy From Freecloud. This is a far scarcer issue than the UK and US originals, scarcer even than the European copies. There is writing on the A side label (see scan) and very small writing on the run-out groove of the b-side (a price, written in white wax crayon it looks like - it might be removable), otherwise this is a sturdy EX+ copy with only very light surface marks that do not affect play. Record comes in Mercury stock bag which is also in EX condition. All in all, a very presentable copy of this heavyweight rarity. Don't let this one pass! I've been collecting Bowie vinyl for decades - but changing work circumstances means it's time to clear out the cupboards and move along. Some of these things will be hard to part with - so I hope they go to a good home! Payment via Paypal is great.
