Up for bidding is a vinyl copy of Death Cab For Cutie’s “We Have The Facts And We're Voting Yes” album, released by Barsuk Records in 2000. Catalog number is bark11lp.

It's been sitting on the shelf for at least 5-6 years now without a listen, and I'm not looking forward to moving 800-900+ records in the semi-near future, so here it is!

IMPORTANT! Unless noted in the record description below, these records are visually graded only - between working full-time and doing volunteer/freelance work on the side, I unfortunately don't have the time to listen to each and every one all the way through. Usually I can get to singles and EPs, but not full albums.

Most of the records I'm selling have been on my shelf for the past 5-6 years or so without being played - if they had skips/troublesome surface noise, etc., I'd have gotten rid of them then. If you have a question about a specific track though, please let me know, and I'll definitely give it a listen!

I've graded these as best I can according to the Goldmine grading method, adding a plus or minus if I think the record or cover falls between two grades. Record grading is pretty subjective, I know, and I've tried to grade these conservatively to err more on the "bad" side. I'm no dealer, just a music fan who needs to downsize her record collection, so please keep that in mind.

Cover: VG+. All I see wrong with it are slightly crunched corners and a slight crease running parallel to the spine on the back that's about 5-6 inches long.

Record(s): VG-. Lies flat with no warping. Side 1 has a few light scratches and a couple scuffs: one small thin vertical one that goes through the first track and slightly into the second - the other one is a thin horizontal one at the beginning of the fifth track. Label is clean, but there's a couple of notches at the center hole. Side 2 also has a few light scratches, and a three noticeable ones: one runs diagonally through the second and third tracks, another is vertical and goes through the first track; and the last one is a thin, almost dirty-looking one that goes horizontally through the first track. There's also a small line of what looks like surface dirt near the end of the last track, this did not come off with cleaning. Label is clean with a slight bit of wear at the center hole. Insert and inner sleeve are in great condition, no rips, splits or tears.

All records are cleaned before shipping with the Discwasher record cleaning system, placed in a plastic outer sleeve, and mailed in a bubble-wrap padded LP-specific cardboard mailer.

All my items come from a smoke-free(but not cat-free) household. I try my best to limit exposure, however, you may come across a few cat hairs. I do my best to make sure items are accurately and thoroughly described, pointing out any possible flaws I may find.

Shipping: Insurance and delivery confirmation are required, and I ship via USPS. I want to be sure you get your records! I charge only for actual shipping charges and insurance(based on value at end of auction; delivery confirmation is free). You'll get the delivery confirmation number via email after I've sent your package, and you can track it via the USPS Web site.

Items are shipped the day after I receive payment (unless you pay with a money order or cashier's check, to allow time for it to clear), and I'll be more than glad to combine shipping! I'll take 10% off the shipping price when you buy more than one item.

Payment: I prefer PayPal, but will accept money orders and cashier's checks. No cash or personal checks. If you are paying with a money order/cashier's check, please let me know, so I know to expect it. Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction ends, unless you contact me to make other arrangements.

Returns: If your item arrives broken, or isn't reasonably as described, I will refund your money and shipping charges. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item if you want a refund. Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt before I will refund your money.

International bidders:

I accept PayPal, and Canadian and Japanese postal money orders in US dollars. I will ship with your choice of either USPS Priority Mail International (quite expensive, but comes with insurance and tracking number to major destinations) or First-Class Mail International (much cheaper, but there's no way to track your package). Refund policy is the same as above.

International buyers are also responsible for any payment of taxes and tariffs levied by their government. To avoid any misunderstanding, I declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. I will neither check the "gift" box nor under-declare the value.
