This item is a 4 album box set released to certain radio stations in 1983 entitled ‘Atari Presents Hot Summer Rock’. This radio show features an album each by Def Leppard (The Def Leppard Story - features songs from ‘On Through The Night’, ‘High ’n’ Dry and ‘Pyromania’), The Stray Cats (The Stray Cats Story - features songs from ‘Stray Cats’, ‘Gonna Ball’, ‘Built For Speed’ and ‘Ran’t ’n’ Rave’ ), The Tubes (The Tubes Story - features songs from ‘The Tubes’, ‘The Tubes Live’, ‘The Completion Backwards Principle’, and ‘Outside Inside’) and A Flock Of Seagulls (The Flock Of Seagulls Story - features songs from ‘A Flock Of Seagulls’ and ‘Listen’). See photos for song listings on these albums. Each album contains music and interviews with the artists. Records are in near mint condition and look as if they might have been played once or twice (see photos). Radio show comes with its original 12 pages of cue sheets and a business card to send to ‘The United Stations’ as to when the radio station aired this show (see photos). The four records come housed in a box that is in excellent condition with all the corners attached (see photos). A hard to find radio show and is a great addition to your 80’s Rock album collection!
