Description

Incredible German 67 release by Del Shannon. Has a strong connection to one of my fave ever LP's 'The Adventures of Charles Westover'. The German PS photoshot comes from the same photoshoot as the UK sleeve on which Del is standing in a field of flowers. The tune 'Led along' was written by UK Immediate guy Billy Nichols so recording probably has about the whole Immediate catalogue catalogue backing including Small Faces and others. 'I can't be true' was written by Del Shannon and in title and atmosphere has that same strange haunting negative vibe as the LP. If you look at Del's eyes on the sleeve you can see all the pain in the world. Rare man this is! Record NM and sleeve is VG++ with a slight split at the left side and some wear. Overall great record and this IS the real thing. I accept Paypal, Cash and Western Union Transfer. We pack once a week.
