Description
Original UK Atlantic red & plum label stereo press LP, with the very first A-1 B-1 matrices and 1-1-1 stampers of the first few hundred copies pressed in 1970!!The E.J. Day Group Press matt gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light edge/corner wear and light storage rubbing on the outer cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the plain company inner is intact & in EX condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with only one or two faint sleeve removal hairlines & scuffs visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with no evidence of spindle markings. The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief backgound noise during the run in grooves and in a couple of the quiet passages, overall a really clean and punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are;2400029, A/1 mother stamper 1-1-1, B/1 mother stamper 1-1-1. This is one of the very earliest pressings of the original 1970 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!!

All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!
