Comes in die-cut sleeve with "Flimsy Wrap" flexi-disc featuring a radio DJ reporting on a Devo concert and a letter from General Boy. Also includes cardboard insert to maintain integrity of jacket.

The sleeve and disc are in excellent condition.

Shipping rates have got a lot more expensive. The Royal Mail increased their prices on March 31st. I have tried to keep my shipping costs down but I am left with no alternative than to increase my shipping costs to compensate for the increase.
