Description
Up for auction is a rare original 1959 47 West 63rd address mono pressing of the Donald Byrd ‘Byrd In Hand’ LP on Blue Note Records BLP 4019. Other musicians include Charlie Rouse, Pepper Adams, Walter Davis JR., Sam Jones, and Art Taylor.
Record info:
Strong VG+ with some surface noise.
Cover info:
Strong VG+ with some very minor corner wear. The seams are solid with no splitting or wear.
Label / Pressing info:
47 West 63rd address deep groove pressing with RVG stamp and ear logo on both sides in the dead wax area. The label on side 1 has some minor ink smearing.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
