Description

This is the 45rpm Extended Play Album RCA Victor released for Elvis Presley in late March 1956, titled "Elvis Presley" - it was released alongside his DEBUT album as a cheaper option (with lesser songs).
This DOUBLE EP features eight songs spread over two EP's;
Side 1 - Blue Suede Shoes / I'm Counting On You Side 2 - I Got A Woman / One-Sided Love Affair Side 3 - Tutti Frutti / Trying To Get To You Side 4 - I'm Gonna Sit Right Down And Cry / I'll Never Let You Go
THE SLEEVE - condition of the sleeve is beautiful; the white parts on the back show some discoloration but nothing too drastic; the inside of the (gate-fold) sleeve only has very slight, barely noticeable discoloring. White still looks very white even if not entirely perfect... but it's probably as close as you can get with a sleeve made over 60 years ago! See photos!
The front of the sleeve is next to perfect; no ring-wear, no writing, no tears, no dirt, no rips, no stamps or anything else - looks crisp and clean! Seams of the sleeve are tight and perfect, no splits, no bumped corners... only very subtle handling wear. Spine is also perfect!
---> Side note; This is the PALE PINK variation of the cover, the most sought after of them as I believe it's considered to be the "original" version of it - also has the Gone With The Wind ("Enjoy these other best sellers!") AD-BACK variation.
THE RECORD(S) - The DOT (Dog On Top, aka "Nipper") label variation; both records show very minor handling wear, one side has a slightly deeper scratch which may cause a "bump" but overall the records are in remarkable condition - they are clean and shiny and the labels are flawless, absolutely perfect on all sides.
Overall a great example of the EP - as a whole could be graded as an Excellent copy. The EPB-1254 can be tough to find in truly nice condition so here's a great chance to get one!

Accidentally left out of the original description; on the front cover just below the catalog number (EPB-1254) there is a VERY faint marking someone has wiped out at one point - when looked up close (barely visible in the photo) it looks like the numbers "2.49" which likely is the price the EP once cost.
