Probably the prettiest Elvis LP in the world! Issued exclusively in the UK in 1957.
This appears from time to time but not in the absolutely amazing condition this is in. This is truly 'museum quality'. The pictures will speak for themselves and show the quality of this investment but, to reinforce these I make the following notes below:
The front cover is absolutely intact with no tears or lifting of the laminate anywhere. There are a couple of the very smallest (3mm) inevitable creases on the left hand side of the front cover but these are all but invisible.
The rear cover is, again, absolutely intact with no tears or repairs. The fragile flap over edges are perfect.
The opening edge (the most easily damaged area) is perfect.
The spine is clean, not crushed and has only a couple of the slightest creases, barely visible.
The inner cover is correct, intact and perfect.
Both record labels are unmarked and still have a beautiful shine.
The playing surface can truly be described as 'Near Mint'. There is hardly a sign of it ever having being played, the grooves shine like new.
I have played this at very high volume and, apart from a few ticks between tracks, it is perfect!
Please think very seriously about this item, I doubt you will ever find a better copy and, if it is looked after as it should be and as it has been for over 50 years, it will be a certain investment. It is amazing.
