Released on the RCA VICTOR record label. The record number is: LPM 1382 mono The vinyl record is in exceptional condition... it play grades at VG++ bordering on Near Mint condition. A wonderful and very enjoyable play! The cover is in very nice condition... there are no seam splits or ringwear. It has some initials on the back cover.
