Errol Dixon is a singer and blues pianist. He was born in 1937 in Jamaica, and as a boy moved to New York. He later moved to the United Kingdom, where he started his music career. He had a number one hit with his 1960 debut single "Midnight Train". In 1965 he was with the Ram Jam Band before Geno Washington joined. During his career he has released more than 15 albums and 30 singles.
This rare Northern Soul/R&B single is in beautiful Near Mint condition with one play sign on the record labels and just a couple of bag removal hairlines on the vinyl surfaces. The single plays without faults on both sides, and comes in a plain white bag.
The official machine stamped matrix’s on side 1, DS 5002 A 1 H. and side 2, DS 5002 B 2 H.
