Original Factory Sealed Copy of Rare Private Press Spiritual Jazz. The cover has no promo holes or corner cuts. Has the original hype sticker on the front cover. 

Edith Hill & Selah, Symposium: The Children, The Peppered Snowfall Records PS1, 1972, Los Angeles, CA. Rare private issue from singer Hill and the band Selah, accompanied on several tracks by a children's chorus. The sound and concept here resembles the best elements from Black Jazz, Strata East, Tribe labels: biting satirical lyrics; deep political and social conscience; tracks of soulful electric piano-based jazz grooves with flute, sax, bass, drums -typically dark in character, or groove organ--again dark--or psychedelic studio effects alternating with reworkings of traditional tunes like "America the Beautiful" and "Dixie" rewritten with deep satirical lyrics sung by the children's chorus and Hill.
