Elmer Piper’s musical roots run deep—trained through medals in school choirs, voice scholarships, and private tutoring, he later directed church music ministries, appeared with The Philadelphia Grand Opera Company, and performed in hundreds of revival crusades across the nation. Known simply as “Brother El,” he dedicated his life to Christian service after yielding to God at age 16. This debut recording was created after many requests for an album, intending to bless and inspire all who hear it.
A rare find from an independent gospel label, Elmer Piper Sings is both a moving spiritual artifact and a collector's treasure, especially with the authentic signature included.
