“Girl Happy” (Chinese) First /FL-1177 (S)
A Chinese release of Elvis Presley’s album “Girl Happy” with a different cover
from the US release.
Remarks on Chinese albums
A Chinese release that is not of any quality whatsoever.
The jacket is of thin pulp material and that is covered in plastic.
It is not surprising to often have the inside of the jacket with the graphics of another totally
unrelated album (recycled covers).
The vinyl is always of poor pressing with some surface noise through out.
It is not recommended to play the album and do not use the auto-cue feature if you have it
as the arm will fall short of the vinyl because the diameter of the record is 1/8 inched less than
it should be.
This album should be considered for the collector that has
everything else already- and not for any audio consideration.
Cover- Fair condition with wear, foxing and toning from age.
The cover is a bi-folded cover that was originally
enclosed in plastic wrap and is printed on poor quality paper.
Vinyl- Good- Has shine with some sleeve marks and light scratches.
Orange Vinyl. The black mark at the top of the disk is in the vinyl itself.
Playing the vinyl is not advised.
Labels are in fair condition and
has “Bianca’s” written in ink on both sides.
