<<60th Anniversary Alert>>
An original 1st issue on UK RCA silver spot label from late 1961. Matrix 1B/1B - 1st cut. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original mono cover with flipbacks. There's an original Decca inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In super condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Don't underestimate a grading like this on this title..That is nothing short of a moon-shot on this title. Highly Highly unusual in my opinion. Why? For starters this is ELVIS! A lot of the records were played to death. Those that were lucky enough to see lighter use - can still sound only 'ok'...because the audio is incredibly delicate in parts. A truly Ex+ copy is like absolute gold dust.....Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Hardy any background at all even into the mega fussy tracks. An absolute blindingly good copy. Can't Help Falling In Love - usually played to death..is near perfect. Fantastic! One pop between tracks on side 2 [no problem!]. The fussy side two ultra-paired down numbers are PURFECT. If you want a total one off copy....then you need to be paying close attention to this one. Audio reproduction is absolute top-draw. You can look for a better copy - but you could never better this copy!!!
Cover (Ex-) Practically impossible to find like this. Beautiful clean and flat front. No sign of laminate lift or creasing. The rear usually tarnishes and exhibits a lot of wear. But this example is looking super without the usual tarnishing - even the flips are unaged. Just a couple of age spots in a couple of places. Overall - pretty amazing. Minimal edge wear. The spine is 98% intact. 
Inner (Vg+) No splits. Superb.
