All individual records are shipped in securely packaged mailers with card stiffeners, box sets or multiple items in equally secure packaging. Unsealed LPs/12"s will be packed outside the sleeve to avoid seam splits.

How do I pay? :
U.K. - Paypal, personal cheque, Post Office postal order, banker's draft, direct bank-to-bank transfer (ask me for my bank details). No cash please because it gets nicked!
European Union - Paypal, direct BIC/IBAN bank transfer in EUROS with shared charges (ask me for my bank details). There is a £2 charge for bank transfer, this is from my bank not from me, sorry. No cash, IMOs etc.
USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, non-EU European countries - Paypal only
If you pay by Paypal e-cheque please remember they can take up to 10 days to clear.
How long do I have to pay? :
If you have zero feedback you MUST pay within 4 days, no arguments. For other buyers I allow 10 days for payment. If payment has not been made after 10 days I will report the item as unpaid, and block you from bidding on further items.
Do you reduce postage on multiple items? :
Yes I do, ask me for a postage total before you pay for your items. You will usually save between 25% and 33%, sometimes more. I think I'm quite fair. Costs are determined by exact weight so if you want to ask about combined shipping costs, please tell me exactly which items you are interested in, don't ask questions like "how much for 4 LPs to France?", I can't answer unless I know what I would be sending.
Note for UK vinyl buyers: Royal Mail's new pricing structure means that many heavier records (doubles, gatefolds etc) now cost less to send individually than they did before. However, reduced postage on multiples of these heavier items can't be guaranteed because the cost is sometimes more than sending them separately. Strange but true!
I'll say it again, please ask me for the total before you pay. I will only combine items won or bought within a 10-day period. Remember, any extra charge for recorded/tracked shipping is per package, not per individual item.
How do I pay for several items at once? :
You can do this at checkout but if there is a postage reduction to be applied please wait for me to send you a total.
How much can be posted in one package? :
U.K. - 20kg for 1st class. Only 1kg for 2nd class but for weights above this there is Standard Parcels which is a little slower.
Overseas - The maximum weight for airmail is only 2kg (approx 5-6 standard LPs or 3-4 double LPs). Heavier packages can be sent by courier, usually Parcelforce, and will have tracking included.
What if my package doesn't arrive? :
Royal Mail do not consider packages missing until 10 working days have passed (25 days for overseas mail). If your package has still not arrived after this time please contact me.
Seller is not responsible for:
- Any customs duties charged to overseas bidders
- Failure by bidders to properly read the item description and payment/postage instructions.
