Description

Please feel free to compare my amazing “Gold” Beatles First pressing in Mono on Parlophone to others as the vinyl is in truly excellent glossy condition with only a few minor hairlines and no scratches or scuffing. This is a superior copy compared to many on the market.

This has the Dick James music credits ( later pressings used the correct Northern Sings credits) . Also Angus McBean on the front cover is moved to the right again confirming a correct first pressing cover.

The matrix numbers on the vinyl X421 -1N & X422-1N are clearly visible ( see photos) also confirming this to be a first pressing Lp.

This is one of the most valuable of any Beatles first pressing with the exception of the stereo version and is an investment given price increases in this sought after record.

My copy part of my cared for Beatles collection which I’m selling off has been play tested on a high end system pre sale with no jumps/skips as you would expect given there are no scratches or scuffs on the vinyl. I have therefore graded this as follows:

Vinyl : at least Excellent given only a few hairlines

Sleeve :Very Good ++ given only wear on corners and part tear to flip back (see photos). There is no writing or cellotape as in some cases.

I have also added a new polylined inner in addition to the original inner and a new outer record sleeve .

I have a 100 per cent satisfaction rating as a seller going the extra mile in communication and paying for all postage costs guaranteeing next day special delivery by 1pm for UK buyers

Good luck with your bids.
