Description
This is the VERY rare LP by Frank Zappa & The Mothers Of Invention called "Freak Out" and is an ORIGINAL, RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! This is probably one of the MOTHERS RAREST UK LP'S EVER. Released in 1966 this was not a big seller which makes it very hard to locate today. This is a STEREO issue of the album. THIS STEREO FIRST PRESSING IS COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A TRUE UK FIRST PRESSING!!!! THE CATALOGUE NUMBER IS SVLP 9154 AND IS HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING WITH THE ULTRA RARE GARROD & LOFTHOUSE FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!! THE RECORD ALSO HAS THE EARLIEST A1/B1 MATRIX ENDINGS. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL AND RAREST FIRST PRESSING SINGLE LP RELEASE ON VERVE RECORDS.
The record labels are in SUPERB condition with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl has quite obviously been played and has a few surface marks, a couple of small scratches on side two which don't affect the enjoyment of the album and can't be heard. There are some hairlines but again the quality of the sound isn't affected. The record has hardly any clicks or crackle AT ALL!!!! Certainly no sticks or jumps either. All in all I would grade the lp as very good this is definately not over graded. The laminated front cover has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, a small bit of corner wear and only a few light creases. Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubiness and NO yellowing this must grade as Very Good+ if not better.
