PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Please keep in mind, we would prefer to continue to provide you the opportunity to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over +22,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! The WHO were fans of THE FABS and stated their acknowledge of the ability of their band, yet Pete Townshend offered that they'd never make it as an all-girl band: "'you're quite good, luvs, but you won't get anywhere as pop groups are 'all boys'."

THE FABULOUS FABS were an utterly strange occurrence, having been a flashy popular live-club act who could play - yet unable as a formidable all girl band to secure a record deal in their English homeland due to fact their style was some 3 years later after the '65-'67 "swinging LONDON scene".

The women found attitude out of the United Kingdom towards them to be quite different, facing less sexism when they traveled to Germany, Spain, the Azores and Turkey, proving popular wherever they went.
In 1967, the band were offered a contract for a nightclub residency in Mexico City, where the Olympic Games were to be held in 1968.
Despite being offered six months, they stayed for a year.
The band also cut a record while in Mexico to be sold in the club they played.
In the UK people would spend weeks, months, longer, making an album. We did it in a day," the Fabs laughingly reflected.

- The vinyl: Rated: near M- looks fantastic, plays beautiful, can't imagine anyone disappointed in this totally lost British '60s girls raver. Both RVV labels are clean
