Description

Fairport Convention - Fairport Convention LP (MONO PRESSING)
Polydor 582035
(Original UK pressing)
1968
Condition :- Cover looks (Excellent Minus) >>  Just some minor bubbling towards the spine on the lamination, but only on the front side. A couple of creases at the top and middle front near the opening edge and a micro-sized split, which you can all see in the photos I have taken - but it's all very nice apart from these minor imperfections, also some partial ring-wear which is fairly prevalent on this particular LP from others I've seen. A great LP with Judy Dyble as vocalist. This was their very first debut album, and also it is the MONO pressing, which was their first. Also much rarer than the later Stereo.
Condition :- Vinyl Record looks (Very Good Plus) >> Very nice condition, except for some micro-light hairline-type lines which can be seen under strong light, only 4 on side 1 and 1 on side 2 which is very small, and even lighter. Believe-you-me, I am being very overly fussy here, the vinyl is very shiny and plays great !
( FREE POSTAGE AND PACKING TO ALL UK BUYERS )
__________________________________________________________________________ <<<< (IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ) >>>>
(1) ** All the Vinyl's I sell/auction are visually strictly graded by myself under bright bulb-light in my house. NOT graded under sun-light!! **
(2) ** The condition grading I use are either - Mint > Mint Minus > Excellent Plus > Excellent > Excellent Minus > Very Good Plus > Very Good, etc.. I do NOT use the USA Goldmine grading system - which doesn't use Excellent grading, as their grading system jumps down from Mint Minus to a Very Good Plus, as you'll notice on Discogs site. I am a UK seller from England, and I use the UK Record Collector Price Guide grading system. **
(3) ** Please don't ask me to break the law by undervaluing any item I am selling/auctioning on Ebay, just so you can escape paying Customs VAT/TAX, as the answer will be NO. With absolutely (NO exceptions to this ruling!!). Please understand that I have to insure each Vinyl record when posting them to the buyers, so it has to state the Exact amount it sold for in order for the Royal Mail to validate any claim that an Ebay seller would have to make if the item got lost, stolen or damaged, which protects all sellers >>

<< Understand that since the UK left the European Union with our Brexit - that it has become much more expensive for foreign buyers to purchase items from UK sellers. But, it works the exact same way (the other way around) as UK buyers, such as myself, also have to pay (usually) 20% extra in VAT/TAX when purchasing items from Ebay sellers from abroad, so due to the 'Greed' of politicians/governments - we all sadly suffer, and to make matters worse. Ebay sellers also have to pay International Sellers Fees Tax, which gets deducted on top of the Ebay sellers fees we have to pay.

All the records will be sent by either (Royal mail Special delivery or Recorded Delivery) in the UK and (Royal mail International Tracked) for countries in the EU and the rest of the world. Also I parcel up the records very well with non-bendable strong packaging and two cardboard stiffeners. Cruciform style packaging which will protect the record properly. I never use those bendable envelopes. I know how important that is to collectors, and I also separate the vinyl in it's inlay sleeve from the cover and place it on top of the cover when posting it, which also prevents damage to the cover whilst travelling in the postal system. __________________________________________________________________________
