Description
Fields 'Fields' UK CBS 69009, 1971.
Highly collectible album from ex Rare Bird keyboards man Graham Field's band released in 1971.
This album is in EX/EX+ condition with no visible scratches or marks, and judging from the labels
lack of spindle marks ( one spindle mark on one side ), it's probably been played one or more times
only. Both orange CBS labels are perfect. The gatefold centre loading sleeve is excellent but does
display minor shelf wear but nothing excessive. However, this record at one point must have been
the property of 'Ross Hall Residence' as there are two stamps proclaiming this on the front
cover and three on the inside cover. These inked stamps are very faint, you really have to look
for them on the front, and I have included all five stamps on the two images provided.
I can only assume that this used to belong to some kind of record library, but from the
condition of the record I'd guess that it was never borrowed or was seldom borrowed and
played with great consideration. A very unusual and quite obscure title to have in a record
library anyway I would have thought.
