Description
This auction is for a rare original classic LP by The Tokens titled “The Lion Sleeps Tonight”.
This album was put out on the RCA Records label, LPM 2514 in MONO ("Orthophonic High Fidelity") in 1961.
This record is an original 1961 (1st pressing), the Tokens first album.
Record label is clean with a little bit of wear showing.
The LP itself is conservatively rated at very good+ condition. Deep gloss, plays perfectly. Small scuffs/Scratches.
Cover listed conservatively as very good+. Original RCA slip-cover as well.
A nice LP for the average collector. Not Mint…but nice.
