Description
Fleetwood Mac - Rumours. Released Feb 4, 1977 by Warner Bros. Records, catalog BSK 3010. This specific album version was pressed at Terre Haute plant and has the textured cover. This fantastic and storied album contains several major hits including Dreams, Don't Stop, Go Your Own Way, The Chain, You Make Loving Fun and Gold Dust Woman.... and also the infamous omission of Silver Springs (Stevie Nicks' break-up song about Lindsey Buckingham) despite the inclusion of Go Your Own Way (Buckingham's break-up song about Nicks). This album won the Album of the Year Grammy for 1977 and has been in the top 10 list of all-time best-selling albums.
The sleeve is in VG+ condition, with almost no flaws but some marks of aging. The original insert or inner sleeve is not included; it must have been lost over the years.
The vinyl looks very good, maybe some superficial marks, but plays strong VG+ through for me. I caught a tiny crackle in between B4 and B5 but it started after B4 and was gone by the beginning of music playing in B5.
Difficult version to price...according to Discogs, only 10 people "have" this version. So I'll set an auction and let people decide.
