Description
The Mothers Of Invention (featuring, of course, Frank Zappa)-"Freak Out!", their debut, a 2 LP set, Verve V6-5005-2, released in 1966. First Stereo pressing with the ad inside the gatefold for an "L.A. Hot Spots" map. Vinyl is VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards. LP one is in amazing NM- condition; LP two is in VG- condition, with numerous light, non-feelable scuffs/scratches. Both sides still gleam. I don't think I've ever seen a 2 LP set with such differences in the condition of the LP's. Cover is in strong VG condition, with some general age/ring wear, nothing severe, and a name on the back. Includes original Verve inners, in great shape. Classic psych LP. If you need an upgrade to your LP 1, this is a must; for everyone else, it's still a must as this is one of the most groundbreaking LP's in rock history.
