We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. FRANK ZAPPA MOTHERS OF INVENTION
Formed in 1964, their work is marked by the use of sonic experimentation, innovative album art, and elaborate live shows.
Originally an R&B band called the Soul Giants, the band's first lineup included Ray Collins, David Coronado, Ray Hunt, Roy Estrada and Jimmy Carl Black. Frank Zappa was asked to take over as the guitarist following a fight between Collins and Coronado, the band's original leader; Zappa insisted on that.

The basic philosophy of Swingin' Pig was to make available historically important, previously unreleased recordings which would otherwise never see the light of day. Take, for example, Ultra Rare Trax by The Beatles ... The Beatles themselves say they don't want them out because they feel the outtakes are not up to normal standards. The public obviously has a totally different opinion ... The tapes are over 50+ years old now, some even more. Fifty+ years in the archives would possibly destroy the tapes, like many outtakes from the fifties, they'd then be lost forever. So even if the quality is sometimes not up to today's digital standard, this is not the point. 'Casual listeners' should, by all means, avoid buying Swingin' Pig releases; they will maybe only be disappointed .
The Swingin' pig in the logo snapped his fingers and wore a fedora. The label soon became infamous for using the No-noise-reduction system, which caused most of the similar CDs to sound not so good in many people's ears. Swingin' Pig were also among the first to legally release unauthorized contemporary recordings, exploiting a loophole in the Rome convention that made it technically legal, in countries that had signed the Rome convention, to issue recordings, without permission, from countries that hadn't signed it, and the USA hadn't signed it.
This 1968 LIVE AT THE (legendary) OLYMPIA , Paris France Lp features exclusive versions never available elsewhere and the improvisations are very nifty as only the genius of Zappa could spin out on a dime!
