Records, recorded Summer of 1990 and limited to only 600 pressed...the rarest of the rare in Green Day vinyl. Includes the original hand-screened insert on textured paper. Insert explains how the record came to be recorded in Minneapolis and their thoughts concerning the USPS F stamp rates at the time.
