Description

 

"The first & more valuable of Gallery's two albums consists mainly of very delicate & refined interpretations of  traditional themes, with notable similarities to Spriguns of Tolgus & (to a lesser extent) Tickawinda.

The closing cut 'Icy Acres' is especially impressive, with a haunting, melancholy & crystalline atmosphere highlighted by Barbara Atkinson's (Seabourne's?) superb vocals".

Were the thoughts extracted (painlessly!) from 'Galactic Ramble'.

 

 This is top notch acoustic folk & a joy to listen to. Along with 'Folkal Point' it is the rarest from the Midas stable.
