Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-etched pressing of Gene Ammons “All Star Jam Session” on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7039.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with superficial inaudible imprints from the glassine inner sleeve.  The coated West 50th St. frame cover is clean throughout; 1” superficial wear on the top seam, at the opening; the back slick shows light age toning and “Not for Sale” stamped at the upper right corner.  Original glassine inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Art Farmer, Jackie McLean, Duke Jordan, Candido, and Art Taylor.  $200.00
