The back of the cover has the names of the stories. There are two black and white pictures of two other Danny Kaye story records

Condition:
- Record: VG++VG+ (Side B has couple pops near beg of 1st story, can still hear clearly otherwise VG++)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have a bit of scribbling which can be seen under a light. Both sides have a bit of wear around the center hole)
- Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Some wear along the edges and corners. Small crease at bottom corners. Few creases on back on right edge. Bit of discoloring along edges on back)
