I do not have a lot of experience in record grading, but:
Vinyl looks great, shows very little handling.
Cover in great condition with a little edge wear and a small stain at top of rear, no splits.
Roy and Shelley were dear friends of my parents, and gave copies of all the AWR albums to them, and we also owned most of the original cover art for the AWR albums. I have a few signed albums and additional copies that aren't listed yet, email if interested.
