The Grateful Dead "Hollywood Palladium 1" Trade Mark Of Quality (pig logo) TMQ 71064
Tracks - St. Stephen: Deal: Sugar Magnolia Medley: Truckin': The Faster We Go The Rounder We Get: Me & My Uncle (I think I have transcribed these correctly!)
Disc condition - Green vinyl, near mint/excellent plus, no visible scratches or marks. I have played Side 1 right through because it's more difficult to grade the coloured vinyl. It plays well with no skips or "pops" but does have an audible level of background "crackle". Inner sleeve - Paper lined with plastic, a few creases & some rim marking & age yellowing, otherwise clean. Also a yellow printed paper insert as shown in photo - as new. Cover - Thick cardboard, near mint/excellent plus, no splits. tears, creases or scratches, edges as new, very light corner wear, front cover shows very slight rim rubbing/marking, one or two light finger marks on opening edge of back cover. Cover has TMOQ gold sticker printed in black with pig & the words "Genuine Disc - Trade Mark Of Quality".
This record is part of a collection of mainly Blues, Jazz & Soul genre records inherited from a relative. The records were all purchased in Australia approx. 25 to 30 years ago prior to this relative leaving to live overseas. The records have been in storage, untouched & unplayed, in Australia, during that time. As far as I know, the records were purchased as new releases or good condition 2nd hand recordings & only played in order to transfer them to tape.
I am working my way alphabetically through the collection of approximately 300 records & will be listing them all over the coming months. If you think this collection may hold an artist that you are interested in I will be happy to answer any queries. I am unable to play all the records but will visually grade them listing any faults that are apparent.
Successful bidder - Payment must be received within 5 days from end of auction or record will be relisted for sale. I will ship in padded postal envelope with extra bubble wrap around record & will not be responsible for damage or loss in the post. I will refund, minus shipping cost, if you believe the item is not as described. I will be happy to combine postage (please email for costs) if you are purchasing more than one item & will hold any item you have won until any future auction on which you are bidding finishes.
