ASTOUNDING SOUNDS, AMAZING MUSIC BY  HAWKWIND
Original LP Catalogue number CDS 4004. Matrix numbers Side 1 - CDS 4004 A//1U, Side 2 - CDS 4004 B//1U. This is a 1976 1st UK Pressing containing 7 tracks, published on the CHARISMA RECORDS label, This is the scarce and rare misprinted back-to-front sleeve. The vinyl is bright and glossy with a tiny couple of marks, Very Good++. The label is very good+. The heavy card sleeve is in very good++ condition. The inner sleeve is the original with adverts and is in very good+ condition... Overall the LP is in very good++ condition for a record of over 35 years of age.

MINT (M): Perfect : This record looks like it has just left the manufacturer, with NO flaws what so ever. It looks as though it had never been handled. No scuffs or scratches, marks or stains.

NEAR MINT (NM) : This record appears virtually brand new , very minor scuffs and very little else can appear on the vinyl. It should play without any distractions. 

VERY GOOD++ (VG++) : Minor light scratches which are only slightly visible. There may be more than a few scuffs.It should play without any distraction.

VERY GOOD+ [VG+] : Light scratches to surface which are visible, May have slight noise when played.

VERY GOOD (VG) : Record shows wear, surface scuffs. The vinyl still has a good luster, but the flaws will be noticeable to the naked eye. The flaws may cause some surface noise,

GOOD [G] : Record has surface marks and scratches, will make distraction noise when played.

Sleeve Grade

NEAR MINT - The cover looks as close to perfect with only minor signs of wear and age.

VERY GOOD++ - Artwork is still as close to perfect as can be. Some impression to the cover, minor outer ring wear Some slight creases to the corners. Slight edge wear.

VERY GOOD+ - The artwork looks clean with slightly more aging. Edge wear. Some minor wear to the seams or spine, but no tears or holes popping through.

VERY GOOD - Cover has rubbing and edge wear, maybe odd tear, spine maybe holed due to record.
