Description

HEADS OF THE FAMILY
A: Spinning Wheel
B: It's Your Thing
[MELODI 7008 TURKEY]

These two tunes are considered to be LP-only tracks but that is NOT CORRECT. "Spinning Wheel" and "It's Your Thing" - the two best and funkiest tracks from the LP on Alshire - DID get a 7" release in Turkey of all places! As far as I know, there are no other known copies of this item apart from the copy I'm offering up for sale here. Both sides are superb funk dancers with snapping drums and breaks. I've put the break in "Spinning Wheel" first in the soundclip below, then follows the two tunes from the start.

Sleeve condition: EX (2cm top seam split, tiny opening tear)
Vinyl condition: M-

SOUNDCLIP!

Double-click on the "play" button above to listen to SOUND CLIPS of both sides! If the player above doesn't work, click HERE to listen to the MP3.

Don't forget to check out my other auctions this week for lots of other rare and obscure SOUL / FUNK / R&B 45s and FREAKBEAT / PSYCH / GARAGE ROCK / MOD 45s!

AIR-MAIL POSTAGE COSTS:

INSURED/REGISTRRED SHIPPING is available and costs $13 on top of the postage fee quoted above. I know that's very expensive, but that's the swedish postal system for you...

Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
