A must for the Homer and Psychedelic Rock collector, this is a copy of Rare Lp, “Grown in U.S.A. ” The now highly sought after Psychedelic record from Texas contains very strong songs and lots of nice rural guitar jammer with superb blasting leads, growing heavy rhythm sections, spacy ascending mellotron backwards on most of the tracks.
This is the second pressing on the Breeder label, but the record label also says Universal Recording Artists along with Breeder, RPR 008-3C-568 in smaller type where the catalog numbers are usually found on such a record label. The back of the jacket is a little different than the original pressing. It says Breeder, RPR 008-3C-568 in the upper right on the back and below the song credits where the original pressing says “All Songs Copyrighted with Lonely Woman ASCAP,” this copy has the information blacked out (it was printed this way and NOT blacked out after printing). Even though this is a second pressing, it is still Very Rare and Collectible. I can send jpgs of the back and label upon request.
The Record is graded as EX, with a bit of occasional surface noise as one would expect from a small, low budget pressing as this one certainly was, so very close to Mint, and the Jacket is EX with light wear, including a little ring wear and a light crease in the lower left on the back of the cover.
