HUGO "Hey Watch Out" Rare 1st 1969 Australian Promo Only 7" OOP Festival Label Psych Single
Rare 1st single from Adelaide Band.
One of those rare gems! Almost never turns up these days. Adelaide band from 1969. A quote from "Tomorrow is today": '..'Hey! watch out' is a slightly snarly and rather lascivious garage punker by obscure Adelaide power-trio Hugo, which is done and dusted in just 2mins and 10secs. The B side 'Girl in the garden' is more of the same, with a rather neat fade-in, some cool throbbing bass work, and a tight little drum break in the middle-and it only goes for 1min 52secs.." This quote is from the highly recommended book "Tomorrow is today-Australia in the Psychedelic Era,1966-1970", by Iain McIntyre (Wakefield Press, Adelaide 2006). Both sides written by Ted Martin. The A side appears on "Devil's Children" CD, and the B side on Volume 2. Clean labels. In company sleeve.
Issued in Australia, this rare 7" OOP Promo Single by Hugo and features 2 tracks.

Made in Australia in 1969 by Festival Records FK-3159, this record comes in it's original record company paper sleeve and is in MINT MINUS condition. Original Bio is in VG++ condition. No picture cover issued.
Please note this item came from a Radio Station and features a sample sticker on the label plus bio, from the record company. This rare item must be sent via Registered Post.
This is an Australian Promo Only 7" Psych Single and Promo Bio and is long out of production.
