Description

   For sale is a double vinyl record set by El Gran Combo De Puerto Rico titled "20 Anos 20 Exitos", originally released in 1982 by Combo Records with a gate-fold presentation and pressed on translucent gold vinyl. I bought this record set used, professionally cleaned the two records on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put both albums into archival inner sleeves.  Doing this protects the integrity of vinyl and any original inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come with the release. There are no original inner sleeves with this listing. The cover is graded as Good Plus because of stress crack along the spine, paper missing from the inside of the gate-fold, corner blunts, edge rubs and faint ring wear. The spine has color loss at the corners from these blunts and along the edges from rubs. The vinyl is visually graded as Very Good Plus because of superficial sleeve marks and hairlines, none of which can be felt with a fingertip, but still with shiny and bright surfaces. I'm play grading these records between Very Good and Very Good Plus because of surface noise and occasional pops and ticking, none of which over-powers the music or vocals, most noticeable during the quiet sections of playback. I have more Latin albums, as well as records of all genres, listed in my Ebay store. Please take a look. They're predominately Near Mint. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
