                                   Condition :  COVER...... NEAR MINT
                                                      VINYL......... EXCELLENT / NEAR MINT

                          I bought this Album the week it was released from my local record shop.
                          It was always played on a high quality record deck (Thorens 125 turntable
                          SME arm with Shure V15 cartridge.)  The record was always cleaned with
                          a high quality record cleaner and stored in an anti-static inner sleeve.  The
                          Album cover was always stored in a plastic outer sleeve.

                          I am not a record dealer I am just selling my own private Album collection.

                                                                  THE  COVER  ( TEXTURED  FINISH )

                          The COVER is in a NEAR MINT condition.  The whole of the GATEFOLD
                          is in a SEMI SHEEN TEXTURED finish.  It is VERY CLEAN and free of
                          any marks.  The FRONT and BACK COVERS are SPOTLESS. Inside the
                          GATEFOLD it looks like NEW.  The SPINE is VERY CLEAN and CLEAR
                          and also looks like NEW.  The FOUR CORNERS are FIRM and TRUE
                          with only one light scuff mark in the bottom right hand corner.  The SLEEVE
                          OPENING  is STRAIGHT and free from any fraying.  This COVER is as close
                          as you will find to a NEW COPY,  it is absolutely STUNNING !

                          The INNER SLEEVE is as NEW.  It has all the lyrics on both sides with images.
                          It hasn't been used because I always used anti-static sleeves.

                                                                   THE  VINYL

                          The VINYL is in an EXCELLENT / NEAR MINT condition.  It is VERY CLEAN
                          in a HIGH GLOSS MIRROR  finish.  There are no hairlines.  The LABELS are
                          EXTREMELY CLEAN and CLEAR with no SPINDLE marks whatsoever. This
                          Album has not been played since 1973, thirty six years ago.  I did the TEST
                          PLAY on my REGA PLANAR 3 record deck and it played BEAUTIFULLY
                          throughout.  It had a CRISP, CLEAN audio sound, full of FINE DETAIL.  On
                          side 1. track 4 & 5 there are a few light static pops here and there.  On side 2.
                          track 1. there are some static pops.  These have always been there from when
                          I bought it.  However these little defects do not effect the overall quality of sound.
                          I was knocked out listening to this great Album again after all the years it has
                          been in storage.  This Album is getting very collectable for all you JETHRO TULL
                          fans, out there !  Not to be missed.
