"Jill's All Time Juke Box" radio show transcription disc. One complete 30 minute radio program on this 16 inch, vinyl, 33 1/3 rpm disc. This disc was issued to Armed Forces Radio Service radio stations for broadcast to U. S. troops overseas during the World War Two era and not available to the general public, very rare!
"Jill's All Time Juke Box" radio program #53 circa 1944 hosted by "G. I. Jill" who serves as disc jockey and plays records requested by U. S. Troops. Records played include "The Dipsey Doodle" Tommy Dorsey, "Tangerine" Jimmy Dorsey, "Caravan" Duke Ellington, "Little Red Fox" Kay Kyser, "I'm And Old Cowhand" Bing Crosby with Jimmy Dorsey, "The Very Thought Of You" Ray Noble, "No Name Jive" Glen Gray Casa Loma Orchestra
Program was meant to be broadcast to servicemen overseas, Excellent World War Two Era nostalgic broadcast! Program is complete and 30 minutes
Disc is in Excellent- Condition with Excellent Sound, Beautiful Disc!
