Blue Note 1530 Lp
Deep groove and Lexington address label on both sides.  
RVG stamp and ear in dead wax. 

Vinyl is in EX condition and looks extremely clean.  Looks like it was only played carefully, several times.    There is one small mark that makes 7 light pops at the beginning of track 1.   
Cover is VG for a seam split across half of the top and some light general seam wear.    Other than these few defects, looks great from front and rear.    Grading scale ~ M/EX/VG+/VG/VG-/G+/Poor
