Description
This is the original deep-groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Jackie McLean “Capuchin Swing” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4038. Side 2 has an inaudible pressing defect at the beginning of Track 1; otherwise the playing surface is as-new, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The laminated New York 23 cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout – with just a 1/8” nick on the bottom seam. Illustrated inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Blue Mitchell, Walter Bishop Jr., Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor. WE NOW ACCEPT PAYPAL.
