Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Jackie McLean “Swing, Swang, Swingin’” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4024. The playing surface is nearly flawless, except for a hair line that makes light tics on the last half of the first track on Side 2. The laminated New York 23 cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; some cracking, but no flaking, at the bottom 1 ½” of the spine; ½” superficial bump at the bottom right corner. Personnel include Walter Bishop Jr., Jimmy Garrison, and Art Taylor. $350.00..
