Jackie McLean on Blue Note 4165

 

This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Jackie McLean “Destination Out” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4165.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once; previous owner’s name written at the top of the labels.  The coated New York USA cover is also in exceptional condition – bright and clean throughout.  Illustrated inner sleeve is included.

 

Personnel include Grachan Moncur III, Bobby Hutcherson, Larry Ridley, and Roy Haynes.
