Comes with original lyric insert and Alternative Tentacles mail order. Also included is a copy of the No More Censorship Defense Fund Fact Sheet, Spring 1990, edited by Jello Biafra. This mag helped Jello raise legal defense funds after his arrest for the distribution of "pornography", that is the HR Giger poster that was included in the first copies of the Frankenchrist record. This piece of punk rock/civil rights history was included with the record when I acquired it, doubling its cool factor. Overall, with the insert, mail order catalog, and magazine, this is the most complete and badass copy of this record you will find on ebay. Steal it from me for $75
