Description

For sale is a rare single by Jerry Sheely and the Versatiles on the STAR label (ST 220) (copyright Oct. 14th, 1957)  Jerry was a blind singer who died several days after the recording session.  This version of the Versatiles was led by Kripps johnson who was a member of the Del-vikings.

The 45 is in good conditon with scuffing but no major scratches.  It plays with some noise (especially before the music starts) and a few small "pops" near the beginning and ends of the songs.  there are no big "pops" or skip.  Overall a solid copy of this rare 45.
