ARTIST: Jimmie Noone's Apex Club Orchestra

DESCRIPTION: Unlike many of the other Jimmie Noone Vocalions which are pop oriented, this disc from August 1929 is a jazz scorcher from beginning to end, both sides. Extended Earl Hines piano solo and full chorus on guitar by Bud Scott. Only a few light scuffs. Plays strong and crisp.
