Description

I’m not sure what I have here. Maybe a demo? As you can see the handwritten label describes as San recorded by Noone May 1928 for Vocalion. However it is a Decca record. I know Noone signed with Brunswick/Vocalion in May of 1928 - so, was this a demo made in preparation for getting the contract with Brunswick for or did someone just duplicate a Vocalion recording on a Decca blank.


Regardless of its history it is in extra nice condition and plays well.
