CONDITION EXTRA The LP 'Closer' Vinyl is Near Mint to Mint in condition & probably unplayed. The Cover has been described as Excellent+++ in condition. The cover has only extremely light wear on the surfaces with no seam splits, tears or holes. It is as close to Near Mint as I have seen!!! The Inner Sleeve is clean, intact and Excellent in condition. The 14-page booklet is in great condition with only a couple of insignificant marks on the first 2 pages. Photographs are like new.  The 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' Promo Single is Mint Unplayed in condition. Please see attached photos.....
